Flexible Resignation with Possibility of Withdrawal
Ascent exit solution assists in converting paper forms and excel sheets into e-Forms with workflow options, process soft copy attachments and track the dates.
The employee can submit resignation and auto approvals can be configured after set number of days. HRs can set up first level of resigning approvers (one or multiple), determine a successor for work handover and create a knowledge transition plan. The software gives an option to withdraw a resignation if needed.
With detailed logs, employee as well as authorities can track whether an approval is pending, completed or withdrawn. Ascent software manages multiple notice periods according to salary band, grade or designation and configures email notifications for process owners to take timely actions.

After the resignation is approved, No Dues Clearance (NDC) workflow begins and different departments will be able to issue clearance to the existing employee based on the set guidelines. HR/managers can adjust an employee’s last working day using Ascent Exit management software. Email based alerts are in-built to notify every stage of the exit process. Software allows employees to download certificates, letters, etc. they own during their employment tenure, compute employee tax, manage pending assets and calculate charges.
