Understand the GAP between current processes and system capabilities
Suggest best practices to client and improvise systems & procedures at client end
Identify Client policies related to Leave, Attendance, performance management, onboarding, employee exit etc.
Should be able to correlate such policies in alignment with system capabilities
Convert client requirement into system configuration
Provide training to Process Owners
Support Role:
Provide timely and satisfactory support to clients over the phone, email, web chat and in person as well Understand client queries and give one stop solutions
Focus on one call all solution concept
Coordinate with development team for enhancement of product
Share feedback and ideas given by client with the development team
Understand client needs and requirements and propose the right solution/services
Requirements
Desired profile:
Education: Any graduate or BCA, MCA, MCM. Any of these qualification.
Experience:
Required experience – 2 to 5 years in Implementation & Support of any ERP or HRMS software
Must have own vehicle for software implementation within nearby areas
Should be willing to travel across India
Experience of working in HR domain, especially in payroll management, HR system implementation
Knowledge of installation and configuration of SQL server, IIS, .Net Framework would be added advantage
Skills Required:
Strong working knowledge on MS Excel
Must be comfortable for providing Client support for their queries
Should be able to communicate effectively and efficiently with internal & external client teams
Must have patience and desire to help people
Should be comfortable speaking with senior management who may be Process Owners from client side
Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English
Strong listening and presentation skills
Ability to do multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
