Engage with key decision-makers, including CHROs, CFOs, Digital Heads and IT Heads, to understand their business needs and position Ascent Workforce Management as the preferred solution.
Collaborate with internal teams, including Pre-Sales, Implementation Team and Marketing to deliver a seamless customer experience.
Stay updated on HR technology trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to Ascent Workforce Management’s continued success.
Requirements
Desired Profile:
Education – Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field (MBA preferred).
Experience – 10+ years of experience in Sales/Business Development in Enterprise Sector. Preferred Expertise in using CRM systems (Salesforce) to manage pipeline and track performance will be an added advantage.
