Earned Leave (EL)

Earned Leave, also called Privilege Leave is a kind of paid time off that you get when you work for a company. You get this leave when you complete your working days. The company adds it to your account from time to time following their rules and laws.You can use Earned Leave when you plan to be from work like when you travel attend family events or need to recover from an illness. The more you work the more leave you can get.. You need to get it approved by the company and they will decide based on what they need.In some companies you can carry over your Earned Leave to the next period but only up to a certain limit. Some companies also let you exchange your leftover leave for money either when you are still working or when you leave the company depending on their policy.
